The Ohio City Film Festival seeks to bring out the local arts community to engage and encourage the production of high quality films. This year's event focuses on short films, and will also provide an opportunity for local artists and musicians to showcase their work. The event takes place at the historic Hildebrandt Building, rain or shine. There will be food and Great Lakes Beer! The evening will conclude with the presentation of The Guardian Awards to the Critics' Choice and The People's Choice winners.
